The Wisconsin Woodsmen return to the ice for a home-and-home NA3HL series against the West Bend Power. The Woodsmen will welcome the Power to the Tomah Ice Center for a 7:15 p.m. matchup on Friday, before the teams head to the Kettle Moraine Ice Center in Kettle Moraine, Wis., for Saturday’s 7:30 p.m. rematch.

- FOR THE RECORD: The Woodsmen head into their NA3HL weekend series against the West Bend Power sporting a 7-14-2-1 record. … Wisconsin closed out the 2024-25 season with a 24-16-6-3 record, good for fifth place in the NA3HL Central Division standings.
- LAST TIME OUT: The Woodsmen picked up a pair of nail-biting victories last weekend against the Peoria Mustangs, scoring two goals in the final two minutes en route to a 6-4 win last Friday, before adding a second come-from-behind victory with a 5-4 triumph the following afternoon.
- ROAD WARRIORS: The Woodsmen are in the midst of playing five of six games on the road, the lone exception, Friday’s home matchup against the West Bend Power. … Wisconsin has collected four of its seven wins this season on its home ice, going 4-8-0-1 at the Tomah Ice Center, while owning a 3-6-2-0 mark on the road this year. … The Woodsmen finished 11-8-3-3 at the Tomah Ice Center a year ago, while going 11-8-3-3 on the road.
- STREAKING: Thanks to their sweep of the Peoria Mustangs last weekend, the Woodsmen have now won three of their last four games. … The Woodsmen will be looking to match its season-high three-game winning streak with a victory on Friday against the West Bend Power. … With their 3-2 win over the Peoria Mustangs on Nov. 7, the Woodsmen put an end to a franchise-high nine-game losing streak.
- WHITE-KNUCKLE RIDE: With their 5-4 victory over the Peoria Mustangs on Nov. 29, the Woodsmen have played eight games this season decided by one goal, and have now played 28 games over the last two seasons decided by one goal — including 15 that went into overtime and four decided in a shootout. … Wisconsin’s 2-1 loss to the Minnesota Moose on Nov. 15 was their first game this season decided by a shootout.

- COMING UP EMPTY: The Woodsmen’s 4-0 loss to the Wausau Cyclones on Oct. 24 marked the first time this season they were held without a goal. The last time Wisconsin, which has scored 65 goals in 22 games, had been shut out came in a 3-0 loss to the Minnesota Moose on Dec. 6, 2025.
- LIGHTING THE LAMP: Thanks to his three-goal effort against the Rochester Grizzlies on Nov. 22, Ty Paulios moved into the top spot with 13 goals, two more than Maxim Lazo. Nolan Mix is third on the team with nine goals, followed by Tyler Osborne with six, and Josh Kauppinen and Brandon Slasor with five each.

- TOSSING THE HAT: Paulios’s hat trick against the Rochester Grizzlies on Nov. 22 was his second of the season, having also netted three goals against the Peoria Mustangs on Nov. 7. … Wisconsin has now had a player record three or more goals in a game eight times over the last two seasons.
- LENDING A HELPING HAND: Lazo leads the team in assists with 15, two up on Mix and three in front of both Paulios and Mich. Slasor is just two helpers shy of reaching double figures, while Cole Scheiber and Parker Holloway are sixth on the team with six assists apiece. … Mix picked up four assists in Wisconsin’s 8-2 win over St. Louis on Nov. 2, 2024, one shy of the single-game franchise record of five, set by Hunter Nelson against the Minnesota Loons on Jan. 26, 2024.
- POINT PRODUCERS: Wisconsin boasts seven players who have already reached double figures in points, led by Lazo (11 G, 15 A) with 26. - FOR THE RECORD: West Bend heads into the weekend sporting a division-leading 19-2-0-1 record. The Power are sitting first in the NA3HL Central Division standings with 39 points, a whopping 10 points up on the second-place St. Louis Jr. Blues.
- LAST TIME OUT: The Power closed out a perfect November with a 5-2 victory over the Rochester Grizzlies in Kettle Moraine, Wis. West Bend broke open a one-goal game, scoring twice in the third period — including an empty-net tally by Michael Maillette with 1:04 to play — in locking up a perfect 8-0-0-0 month.
- HOME SWEET HOME: The Power are in the midst of playing seven of eight contests on their home sheet — including seven in a row. Adam Sexton is one assist shy of reaching the 10-assist mark, while Armani Fisher is two helpers short.
