LEAGUE-LEADING POWER DEAL WOODSMEN 6-2 SETBACK

Jan 10, 2026

KETTLE MORRAINE, Wis. — There’s a reason the West Bend Power entered Friday’s NA3HL
game against the Wisconsin Woodsmen sitting atop the Central Division standings.

The Power are good — very good.

West Bend — winners of 28 of their 32 games thus far this season and riding a nine-game
winning streak — spotted the Woodsmen a one-goal first-period lead, before erupting for six
unanswered goals en route to a 6-2 victory at the Kettle Morraine Ice Arena.

Wisconsin, which had not played since beating the Wausau Cyclones 6-1 on Dec. 20, showed no
early signs of rust, scoring the game’s first goal just 2:03 into the opening period on a tally by
Parker Holloway.

Unfortunately, that one-goal advantage lasted just eight seconds, as West Bend’s Otis Berge
answered to jump-start a six-goal barrage by the Power.

Cole Craft netted his seventh of the season at 11:36 of the first period to give West Bend a 2-1
lead after 20 minutes of play, and Shawn Paulson scored the lone goal of the second period —

with two seconds remaining — to extend the West Bend lead to 3-1 heading into the second
intermission.

Quinn O’Connor and Brody Josselyn found the back of the net in the first 10 minutes of the
third period to make it 6-1. Tyler Osborne scored Wisconsin’s second goal with 6:23 to play,
but, as was the case in the first period, West Bend quickly answered on a Armani Fisher goal
just 23 seconds after Osborne’s to round out the scoring.

The Woodsmen (12-17-2-1) are right back in action on Saturday, returning home to the Tomah
Ice Center for a 7:15 p.m. showdown against the Rochester Grizzlies.
